Orders are typically custom. In that case, communication will be via email in regards to specifications​.

Orders usually take up to two weeks for completion. This does not include shipping time.

If orders are original, meaning there is no skeleton work found on the bboards.info site, then an estimate is required. All chalkboard designs for business require an estimate. Parties (i.e. engagement parties, bridal/baby showers, weddings, birthdays...etc.) require an estimate. Please note some party orders will require a deposit depending upon the size of the order.
